About Me — Jinwoo Yom

Jinwoo Yom

I am a Graduate Student at Virginia Tech, studying Computer Engineering with a focus in Cyber Security. Previously, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science at Virginia Tech. This great university has not only provided me with an outstanding education, but also with a broad set of skills and a tremendous amount of experience. I have learned how to problem solve, innovate, be a team player, and always go above and beyond. I have a good software development background and have a strong passion for cyber security and developing secure software.

Today, cyber risk is firmly at the top of the international agenda as high-profile breaches raise fears that hack attacks and other security failures could endanger the global economy. If you are looking for a passionate and self-driven software developer who can plan and deliver secure solutions, I am the guy.
